Class VII - Keep Moving

Join me along with a special guest for an evening that will teach you ways to capture energy for the day and then learn how to make a sleep tonic that will bring you the rest you need to live your best life. 

This is an interactive class. If you have a mat feel free to bring it but it is not required. 

Cost is $20, you must pre-register so I have supplies for you. We will be learning how to make almond milk and attendees will leave with sleep tonic herbs to use at home.
